We are seeking a professional, self-motivated, and quality focused Team Member for our location in La Palma, CA for our garage door production team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, power tool operation, equipment inspection and maintenance, inventory control, and daily functions key to the success of fulfilling orders and adhering to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, be a team player, self-motivated, task driven, and the ability to uphold a strong attention to detail and quality while working in a fast-paced environment.
Production / Warehouse Core Responsibilities:
- Production, including safe operation of saws, routers, drills, plasma cutter, etc. (training to be provided)
- Work order scheduling and maintaining a high standard of production efficiency
- Equipment inspection and maintenance
- Daily management of production inventory
- Receiving of large truck shipments
- Pick, packing and shipping of work orders
- Pick and consolidate orders for shipping and delivery
- Transfer and load out functions related to our transaction fulfillment process
- Classification of special order processing of goods
- Ability to follow standardize processes and procedures
Production / Warehouse Qualifications:
- Experience in a machine operated environment working with your hands
- Mechanically inclined
- Work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to follow instructions and supervision
- Demonstrated job stability
- Forklift experience a plus
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., stand for long periods of time, bending, stooping and squatting
